This policy explains how Hộ kinh doanh Chung Đôi (“Chung Đôi”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, stores and shares personal data when you visit soloflag.com or use our products, including Chat Support (chat.soloflag.com) and Chung Đôi (chungdoi.com).

1. Data controller

2. What we collect

• Account data — name, email, phone, business name when you sign up for Chat Support or Chung Đôi.
• Platform tokens — when you connect your Facebook Page, Instagram account or WhatsApp Business number to Chat Support, we store the access tokens issued by Meta to operate the integration on your behalf.
• Conversation data — messages exchanged between your customers and your business through Chat Support, for the purpose of automating, logging and improving the conversation.
• Wedding event data — for Chung Đôi: couple names, ceremony date, location, RSVP responses from guests.
• Usage data — IP, user agent, pages viewed, actions performed, timestamps.

3. How we use data

• To provide, operate and improve our products.
• To process the integrations you authorise with Meta and other platforms.
• To respond to support requests and security incidents.
• To comply with our legal obligations in Vietnam.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with: (a) infrastructure providers strictly necessary to run our products (e.g. cloud hosting, email delivery); (b) Meta and other messaging platforms whose APIs you have explicitly connected; (c) competent Vietnamese authorities when legally required.

5. Platform integrations

When you connect a third-party platform to our products, we act as a technology provider operating that integration on your behalf and under your authorisation. We access only the data you authorise, use it solely to provide the services you have asked us to run, and handle it in accordance with the terms and developer policies of each platform we integrate with. We do not sell this data, and you may revoke our access at any time.

6. Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to support audit and dispute resolution. You may request deletion at any time — see Data deletion.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing hello@soloflag.com. We respond within 30 days.

8. Children

Our products are not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
